Payment, Shipping & Returns

Pre-order info

Pre-orders are the fastest, cheapest and most customizable way to get our clothes. Pre-orders always contain the full range of our newest designs.

After the pre-orders close we create each piece at our workshop in Hangzhou. Once they are ready, we ship them to our Finland dispatch studio, from where they are sent to their new homes. Production takes about 1.5 months. Follow us on social media for progress updates. You’ll get a tracking email once shipped. Thanks for your patience and love ❤

• The current window closes 31 August. Production starts once it shuts, so ordering earlier doesn’t ship earlier.
• Allow roughly two months from ordering to delivery.
• We email you when your order ships, with tracking.

Payment

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. We never see or store your card details.

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout, which confirms your place in the batch. Every piece carries a 10% pre-order discount while the window is open.

Shipping

Pieces are made at our Hangzhou workshop, then shipped to our Finland dispatch studio and sent on to you from there.

• €15 flat rate worldwide.
• Free shipping on orders over €150, which also come with a free cotton tote bag added to your order automatically, no code needed.
• Customers outside the EU may need to pay importing fees.

Returns & exchanges

We hope every parcel is a joy to open, but if something isn’t right, you may return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

• Email us at azothlolita@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and detachable trims included.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Send returns to Mustapellonpolku 3, 36600 Pälkäne, Finland, using a tracked service.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us. Return a whole order and the original shipping is refunded too.

If a piece arrives damaged or with a production fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Unsure about sizing?

Garment pages include a flat-measurement chart, and the headdresses list their dimensions. If you’re between sizes or unsure how a cut will fit, write to us before you order.
