Terms of service

By placing an order you accept these terms.

• Mulberry Cloth Shop (Hangzhou, China) owns the azoth lolita brand and makes every piece. MMKKI Inc. (3494510-9, VAT FI34945109, Finland) is the seller. Both are named in full in the footer.
• All prices are in euros (EUR). Payment is collected in full at checkout, including for pre-orders.
• Prices are listed without VAT. EU orders have VAT added at checkout at the standard rate of the destination member state (17%–27%), shown separately before payment. Orders outside the EU are charged no VAT.
• Every order ships direct from the workshop in Hangzhou. Orders to the EU are delivered duty paid: the destination country’s VAT is collected at checkout and MMKKI Inc. settles the import charges with the customs authority on the customer’s behalf, so nothing further is due on delivery. Orders to the United States are delivered duty paid too, with a flat 21% import duty collected at checkout. The seller clears the parcel and settles the duty with US customs on the customer’s behalf, bearing any difference between that flat charge and the amount assessed, so nothing further is due on delivery. Orders to any other country outside the EU are shipped delivered at place, and any import duties that country charges are the customer’s to pay.
• Delivery timing is an estimate. For info on delays and cancellations please see how pre-orders work.
• Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; small variations in colour and lace placement are part of small-batch production.
• EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases; our return policy implements this.

Privacy policy

We collect only what the shop needs to run:

• Orders: name, shipping address, email and phone number. Used to fulfil and ship your order, and kept for accounting as required by law.
• Accounts: your email and order history, so you can track orders. You may request deletion at any time.
• Payments: processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Notification list: if you ask to be notified about availability, we store your email for that purpose only.
• Analytics: anonymous counts of pages viewed and orders placed, so we know what to make next. No cookies, no tracking between visits.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the store (Stripe for payments, Google Firebase for hosting and data storage, and postal carriers for delivery).
